Following a decorated military career, the late Clyde J. Burgess opened Burgess Heating & Air in 1974. Mr. Burgess was a pioneer in the Denver community as an executive and community leader.
After 20 years in business, Denise Burgess joined the family organization in 1994 and became President in 2001. Denise Burgess started the new generation of leadership with a base of the same experienced professionals on staff. We are committed to maintaining the excellence in skill and reputation that has been built over the years. Our team has worked together for the last eight years and understands our purpose and our operations.
As of January 2008, all of our branches will be presented under the Burgess Services, Inc., umbrella including Burgess Mechanical and BA Quality Control.
We offer a variety of services to clients from installing 500 furnaces for the Ft. Carson housing area to installing the cooling tower at NORAD. BA Quality Control completed the mechanical quality control at the Wellington Webb Building. We also provide, currently, cost estimating for the Denver International Airport. We have handled a range of projects including Construction Management, QA/ QC, Commissioning, Value Engineering and Green Build construction. The quality control, quality assurance and commissioning of a project is our priority.
