The Quality Control System at Burgess Services, Inc. strives to ensure a uniform, high quality level of workmanship through all phases of procurement, fabrication, construction, start-up and testing. A Certified Commercial Inspector at Burgess will perform the following checks with due diligence to deliver quality at every step of your project:
 
  1. Coordinate the quality control efforts
  2. Develop and maintain the Quality Process Log (QPL) 
  3. Develop and maintain Testing Register
  4. Assist during the Quality Meeting Process
  5. Perform and document Initial, Follow-up, Specialty, and Final Inspections
  6. Manage material inspections and certification records
  7. Check craftsperson’s qualifications and certifications
  8. Coordinate outside testing agencies
  9. Administer the Quality Control Incentive Program (QC Incentive Program)
  10. Administer the Final Punch list procedures
  11. Maintain Daily Quality Control Reports (Daily QC Reports) and/or Project Logs
  12. Ensure that the project team keeps all documentation associated with the QC Plan in the standard electronic point file system for quick accessibility
