The Quality Control System at Burgess Services, Inc. strives to ensure a uniform, high quality level of workmanship through all phases of procurement, fabrication, construction, start-up and testing. A Certified Commercial Inspector at Burgess will perform the following checks with due diligence to deliver quality at every step of your project:
- Coordinate the quality control efforts
- Develop and maintain the Quality Process Log (QPL)
- Develop and maintain Testing Register
- Assist during the Quality Meeting Process
- Perform and document Initial, Follow-up, Specialty, and Final Inspections
- Manage material inspections and certification records
- Check craftsperson’s qualifications and certifications
- Coordinate outside testing agencies
- Administer the Quality Control Incentive Program (QC Incentive Program)
- Administer the Final Punch list procedures
- Maintain Daily Quality Control Reports (Daily QC Reports) and/or Project Logs
- Ensure that the project team keeps all documentation associated with the QC Plan in the standard electronic point file system for quick accessibility
